Our Medical Assistant Program is designed to prepare a student to become a Medical Assistant with a short yet comprehensive course of study. Upon successful completion of the didactic portion of the program, students are required to complete 160 hours of externship. After successful completion of their externship, students will have the opportunity to take the national certification exam through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) to become a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant.
