Location, Location, Location!

Learn how to buy low-cost, high-cash-flow, and appreciating rental properties in the fastest-growing “Boomtown” markets in the country. After your initial purchases, within 2–6 years, you can either do a cash-out refinance or a 1031 tax-deferred exchange to leverage and scale into more properties.
