In this Secretary of State approved class, you will learn how to perform valuable services by certifying or witnessing signatures on official documents. Notary skills are valuable in almost any industry: real estate, legal, medical and banking to name just a few. This class gives you the knowledge to pass the exam and practice as an effective Notary. Participants receive 2 practice tests and will take the official Notary exam directly following the six-hour in-person seminar.
We are offering classes on campus and through livestream, take one or both for the price of one. As the exam has become more difficult to pass, taking advantage of our offer will ensure your success.
Please note: Must be 18+. Live Scan fingerprints are required to become a notary. This can be done after the notary exam. Serious Convictions may disqualify applicants.
Cost: $99 collected at time of registration with Community Education: This covers the six-hour seminar on location, the livestream, or both!
- $45 Materials Fee includes Seminar Guidebook, handouts, required documents for your application, access to notarial educational site, and a seat at our private proctored exam. Introduction to Additive Manufacturing Workshop is indented to give a theoretical and hands-on overview of different types of additive manufacturing (3D printing) and the technologies used to assess 3D printed parts. Through this course, students will gain experience with plastic, metal, and ceramic 3D printing as well as post-processing techniques, such as heat treatments and metrology.
By the end of this course, students should have a general understanding of:
- additive manufacturing versus subtractive manufacturing
- different types of AM methods and their advantages/disadvantages
- considerations for AM of different materials
- part and material characterization/measurements
- pre-and post-processing needed for different types of AM

The Procreate Beyond Basics for Interior Designers focuses on equipping them with advanced digital techniques to elevate their design presentations. In this course, students learn to create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Procreate's specialized tools. Key skills include mastering floor plan renderings with speed and accuracy, doing perspective and isometric drawings, and add a variety of materials and finishes. Students will explore custom brushes ideal for showing intricate details like fabrics, wood floor or stone materials, and other décor elements. This course also covers effective use of Procreate’s perspective and isometric default grid tools to streamline precise room visualization. Each lesson includes hands-on projects and professional tips for producing high-quality interior design artwork. Collaborative feedback sessions encourage students to refine their work with client and industry standards. By the end of the course, designers will have the confidence to use Procreate as a powerful tool in their interior design toolkit.
The prerequisite for the Procreate Advanced Class is a "Procreate for Beginners" or "Procreate Fundamentals course".
