A project manager’s mission is to bring ideas to life in a professional setting; they are the facilitator and coordinator of teams that have been assigned to deliver something of value to an organization. The Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential is considered the global gold standard in certifications, but obtaining this credential requires formal project management training and demonstrated experience in the discipline.

Based on the 2023 salary survey performed by the Project Management Institute (PMI®), 66% of respondents reported compensation increases over the past twelve months, with 61% stating greater than 5% increases. In the United States, the median income of project managers without a PMP® was reported to be $90,000 and with a PMP® $130,000.

By reviewing and applying strategic tools, you will develop the ability to implement these methods effectively in professional environments.
